where are you located?
On September 1st, 2014 we opened our doors at 7 Schoen Place in the village of Pittsford. Our studio is located directly on the Erie Canal!
what should i wear/what do i need to bring to class?
wellBEING has a bathroom/changing room, gym towels, water and mats. If you are coming to a Boot Camp, Kickboxing or Zumba class, please just bring a dry pair of sneakers with you. Wear clothes that you find comfortable for exercise.
what are your hours?
wellBEING is open by appointment and also during regular class hours. To schedule a viewing of the studio please call 585-354-1336.
do i need a reservation for a class?
We kindly ask that you register for classes in advance. This helps to keep our classes small and guarantee personal attention for each participant. We limit the class size to 5 participants. Click here to reserve your spot online!
